For 20 years Dublin Airport Authority has reserved this area for airplane noise. People have had planning permission refused along this area because DAA said airplane noise would disturb people living there. So why do the planes pull a swerve at the end of the runway and fly over 30,000 people? Well, the Dublin Airport Authority doesn’t know anything about aviation, so they had the Irish Aviation Authority now AirNav take care of it. IAA and AirNav get paid by the airlines so people on the ground are not their problem. They claim planning permission doesn’t apply to them! They can do whatever they want, fly wherever they want, and are accountable to no one. But don’t worry!
